Clips from next week’s episode Chapter Sixteen “Unexpected” are starting to trickle forth - four in all so far. Three are posted at Yahoo TV and two at The TV Addict (one is the same as Yahoo TV). Over at Yahoo we have:

Previews for Chapter Sixteen “Unexpected” are now available via YouTube. As usual the Canadia version is much more informative that the US version: Ando gets caught in the cross-fire beteen the agent and the showgirl Hope resulting in him getting shot (doesn’t look fatal so relax); Claire, at the risk of getting mind wiped, stands up to her adoptive father HRG “I just want to protect this family from YOU!”; Claude is mad at Peter thinking that he led HRG’s group right to him saying THEY were the reason he’s stayed invisible all those years. A new Hero was introduced tonight in a sneak preview during Deal or No Deal. Unfortunately we don’t have a clip online (just yet). However in the clip Mohinder and Sylar go to visit her. The clip started past the introductions so they didn’t say her name but evidentally she has super-hearing. Initially it gave her incredible headaches until she learned to control it. It’s then that she notices Sylar’s heart rate beating rapidly. She looks at him with suspicion and asks “are you nervous about something?”.

As some of you may know, a new preview was shown after The Office last night, launching a new whispery catch phrase “Someone Flies… Someone Dies…”. In it we get to see what looks like Peter using telekinesis on Isaac after confronting him about something and shouting “Don’t LIE to me!”. The YouTubers have captured it and put it up. Seems to be missing maybe a second from the beginning. But if you missed it on tv, I guess beggars can’t be choosers. So here it is:

HeroSite has posted a round of great pictures from Chapter Sixteeen “Unexpected” in their gallery. There’s quite a few interesting shots in the collection, including HRG and The Haitian on the roof of the Deveaux Building in New York (yes the same building that Charles Deveaux lived in and where Peter found Claude on the rooftop feeding pigeons). Reader and 9th Wonders member Roxygr1223 was nice enough to point us in the direction of some new pictures from Chapter Sixteen “Unexpected” posted over at NBC Universal Media Village (NBCUMV as it’s more widely known). A few of them are a little spoilerish. But what Roxygr1223 brought to our attention was a nice cameo of comic book legend Stan Lee as a bus driver. Not sure how much screen time Mr.Lee gets, but it’s welcoming to see a show who’s recently brought the essence of comic book storytelling to the mass public in turn give a direct nod to the man who made comics what they are today.
