NBC showed two exclusive sneak peaks of Monday’s episode Chapter 19 “.07%”. The first clip is additional footage of Linderman’s discussion with Nathan regarding his future where the title “.07%” comes into play and we’re showing the painting “A President Stands Alone”. The second clip is Nathan coming home to find Peter dead. One shock leads to the next as Claire walks into the room. You can view the clips below:
NBC has FINALLY released clips for Chapter 19 “.07%” which returns in less than a week (the wait has been unbearable but we’ve made it so far). There are six clips in all (and none are repeats of the Myspace clip or the opening minutes on the contest site - all new stuff). Nathan and Linderman talk about the future. He and Nathan are looking at a picture of Hiro with the sword (not the Isaac painting with the dino). Nathan says he knows him to which Linderman responds, “good, tell him I want my sword back”.
Claire and Angela Petrelli discussing the family while Claire is looking at a picture of Peter and Nathan. She wants to ship Claire off to Paris for protection.
Isaac gives the last volume of Ninth Wonders to someone (either a collector or publisher) and also gives him the journal (the one he drew Peter and Simone kissing in the rain in) and says it may be worth something some day.
Niki/Jessica and DL discussing Micah. DL is aware its not Niki and threatens to take Micah away if she involves him with Linderman.
Jessica and Linderman discuss Micah to which she refuses to hand him over “send whomever you want, you’re not touching my son!”
HRG and Matt prisoners at Primatech. He wakes Matt up via thoughts and tells him that The Company plans on killing them as soon as the order comes.
MySpace has an extended version of the last preview which shows a lot more stuff including a few surprises for the ’shippers. Essentially they added some more clips from Chapter 20 “Five Years Gone” in which we see President Petrelli, Matt kicking HRG’s ass, Peter flinging someone against the wall, Claire smooching with some guy we’ve never seen before (some are speculating it’s future Zach but obviously not played by Dekker), and two other characters smoochin that we never saw coming.

A few days ago NBC started running a new promo spot for the final five chapters of this Heroes season one set to “If Everyone Cared” by Nickelback. Good stuff in here. Hiro and Future Hiro meet, Isaac on the floor saying “I finally get to be a hero”, and Mohinder visits Mrs. Petrelli to tell her Peter is dead. Check it out below thanks to the magic of YouTube.
The official Heroes MySpace site has posted a new preview for Chapter 19 “.07%”. The preview is actually two parts.
In the first part we see montage of Isaac’s paintings with a voice over by Linderman (well, it’s obviously supposed to be Linderman but doesn’t sound like McDowell). The voice over gives a hint at the true nature of Niki’s problem - not a split personality but a split soul or perhaps two souls sharing the same body (the later a tiny bit of a stretch from what he says).
In the second part we see a bit of the scene between Nathan and Linderman. Linderman sees himself as a humanitarian who will heal the world. When Nathan mocks Linderman with the rhetorical question “what do you know about healing” Linderman demonstrates what he knows on a dying plant.
At the end of the clip is a URL to www.itstimetosavetheworld.com which features a pretty cool Heroes contest. But also on the page is a clip of the opening sequence of Chapter 19 where we find Claire running into the cell HRG’s in at PrimaTech and apologizing for not being able to hide and follow his plan. He doesn’t fall for it and it turns out to be Candice. Thompson comes in and tells Candice he wishes to speak to Bennet alone. He tells Bennet the only reason they haven’t killed him yet is because they haven’t gotten orders to - because thats what they do, follow orders.
When asked about what future role the Petrelli family has in the upcoming episodes Kristin had this juicy tidbit to pass on from Adrian Pasdar:
Who wants my thoughts when you could have Adrian Pasdar’s thoughts?! He says about Angela Petrelli (Cristine Rose), “She has a big part to play in my life and Peter’s life and Claire’s life…And [the question of] how [my father] died is something that gets answered in 22. It wasn’t Sylar, but it’s not what we were told. He turns out to be somebody we don’t expect.” Ahhh! Why does every little snippet about this show get me so excited? (Especially when Adrian is talking?)
Yahoo TV has a new version of the promo for Chapter 19. It starts off a bit like the one shown at the end of Chapter 18 but has some different footage after the “now it’s time to save the world” part. Some highlights including seeing who the brunette version of Claire is talking to (those who guessed HRG were right on), a bit with Mohinder mentioning something about genocide to Nathan, and Linderman asking Micah if he’d like to save the world (anyone else thinking he’s gonna try and get Micah to rig Nathan’s election - can we say LANDSLIDE?). Hey folks, better late than never I say. Sorry for the late report, all of my time was concentrated on recovering from the server outage this past weekend. Here’s a few of the spoilers I picked up along the way (I’ll be back this afternoon sometime to add more):

When the season resumes in April Peter will have the legendary scar that future Hiro spoke of back in Chapter 5 - the result, his struggle with Sylar in this coming Monday’s episode Chapter Eighteen “Parasite”. Peter will also ditch the bangs (I never really saw the problem with em anyways, thought they added to his character) - in fact, he’ll be ditching hair altogether - BALD!
I just went to the Heroes set and…Oh. My. Gore. I can show you just about…oh, let’s see…nothing from my visit for the time being, because it’s such a huge, secret episode, and I’m under strict orders from NBC. Let’s just say there was a bloody, gory, end-of-the-world battle going on, with lots of blood and bumps and bruises (perhaps life-threatening) for some of our Heroic faves, so I can’t show you any of the gruesome footage until closer to the episode’s airdate (sometime in April or May). But, ohhh, how I can’t wait to show you! It’s gonna be insane! Bloody insane!
Peter is getting stronger! When asked about his “own personal Yoda” (the Invisible Man, Christopher Eccleston), Milo tells me: “Okay, we’ll talk in Star Wars. [Peter’s] going from a New Hopeto Empire Strikes Back, where he is a little bit of a Jedi, he can use his abilities, but he can’t use them entirely. Not to their full pinnacle. Not yet. But he will.” Watch your back, Sylar!
PREVIEWS FOR CHAPTER EIGHTEEN “PARASITE”
Access Hollywood has this weeks clips for Heroes including a peak at the followup between Isaac, Peter, and Simone getting shot; HRG talking to Thompson and not remembering any of the events at his house that unfolded last week; Sylar and Mohinder getting all buddy buddy - Sylar offers to go find Isaac (we know where this could end up) because Mo is tired from the drive back; Hiro and Nathan (the one posted below); Nathan and the FBI who want him to wear a wire when he goes to meet Linderman; and Claire and the Haitian at the airport. EDIT: The clips have been captured and put on YouTube.
Ausiello hints at more details about episode 20, which according to an interview with Jack Coleman (HRG) will take place five years in the future.
On the scoop front, AAdict Damon wrote in to tell me that Jack Coleman, during an interview with an L.A. radio station on Monday, revealed that Episode 20 will be set five years into the future. What he didn’t say is that (Spoiler alert) Hiro and Ando would be the ones making the trek.
I’m not sure what tv show this is from but it’s a clip from next weeks pod finale Chapter 18 “Parasite” (yes, they’ve shortened the title). The clip features Nathan bumping into Hiro in Vegas. The two talk and it would appear that Nathan is finally “getting it” and has come around. He agrees to help Hiro get past Linderman’s security. Great stuff - the onscreen chemistry between Pasdar and Oka is awesome.
Thanks to Ojosombra @ 9th Wonders, we’ve learned that another clip has been added to the collection of clips for Company Man. This one is a flashback featuring HRG getting welcomed into The Company by Thompson (Eric Roberts). At the end of the clip we are introduced to HRG’s partner but the clip ends before we can see who it is. In an earlier spoiler it was said it would be shocking to learn who HRG’s partner used to be. UPDATE: Just wanted to add a link to a new behind the scenes clip of this episode (thanks to NikisOfan @ 9th Wonders) which shows some of the aftermath outside of the Bennet house and crispy Claire and her standins goofing off. Looks like Matt and Claire help the Bennets escape Ted but Claire goes back inside for something. The front door blows off and out walks crispy Claire.
Thanks to JettAsian at 9th Wonders who provided a link to the new Yahoo clips for Company Man. There’s some messed up stuff going on at the Bennet house. And it would appear Matt didn’t want to take the family hostage, just HRG - but Ted is pretty persuasive. In addition Matt can hear Claire’s thoughts and it comes out she’s aware of The Haitian as well. Matt takes HRG back to the factory while Ted holds the rest of the family hostage “if you’re not back in an hour, just look for the mushroom cloud…”.
